Recently I understand many people may have lost faith in myself and the current administration of UCR. I absolutely respect your decision to do so, but I'm speaking to the people who still have faith that we can repair the broken Shield and finally return to our rightful place. I'm not going to sit here and tell you that I'm planning this and I promise this, but I'm going to make it clear that; I have not given up on you and I hope you have not given up on me. What I'm going to say is that what happened in the past will not be repeated.
We will recover from this setback and finally instill peace and harmony and focus on the true goal we have set for ourselves which is repairing UCR and bringing this group to the glory it deserves.
Moving onto the main point of this thread; with the recent High Command ordeal we've come up with a new High Command model which will further expand our vision for UCR, the idea;
Although we haven't completely followed the ideals of a Democracy we can't refute the fact that Democracy has been present in the clan. We will be introducing a Cabinet rank, the Cabinet will serve as a commission. Much like a Senate the Cabinet will be charged with advising the Presidency. They will operate as the most trusted advisers. The Cabinet will include Vice President Killer6199 and other elected Cabinet members.
Each Cabinet member will be assigned a specific role, these roles will fall under;
Warfare
Development
Community Affairs
Foreign Relations (Falls under Diplomacy, PR and other External Affairs)
The selected Cabinet members will then oversee the rank below them. The rank below Cabinet will serve as departmental workers, each departmental worker will be categorized under the five said roles. They will be placed in the preferred role depending on how the Cabinet member feels about the person working in that role.
With the decision to bring in a Cabinet this will allow the High Command to have more freedom and more of a say in how the group is run. This will allow high command members to set up votes or referendums that will be voted on by other Council members.
Cabinet members or envisioned Cabinet members have already been contacted regarding filling these roles. The full Cabinet will be finalized and released in the coming days. I'm not making any promises, but we may or may not see the Senator rank return to UCR.

You know, undecrypted, you really screwed UCR over when you exiled Sigars and Neon.
Neon was your main builder to my knowledge,
and Sigars was the most active HR, more active than you I may say.
You really think you changing the Cabinet thing will fix anything? No. Because UCR has been dead since 2013 and you know it. You're only going on because you don't want to give a superclan up to another fool that will further more kill it.

I really did say that, but I really meant it. I really would've attempted at it. I really would've. But after I said that, after I visited many different trainings hosted by only two people: botrich and sigars, I realized that more people go to the gamenight than the actual trainings. Tl;dr I changed my mind after seeing your activity levels.
