Hello Everyone, here's Dedia speaking and today i want you all to read this essay all the way for true tolerance,respect and understanding all the time and effort i put in this essay. So let's not keep talking around and let's start!

I am running for DoC SEC because lately the NUSA Citizens are starting alot of companies
They have various types of meanings, Such as a bodyguards or Taxi services or even an Administration that can be hired!
They all want to become official, but the Current SEC isn't doing anything about that, he is just allying them and not contacting any Admins to actaully check their papers and give them a team at LV / DC / LA many many people would love to see their Bussines has an actual team, But... teams won't be given as easily as it's shown here, Here it's listed the way we will do it.
Step 1: Firstly check if all the Documents are right and good to be sent to an Admin
Step 2: Then we will check what the groups point is, Like what they do.
Step 3: Then we will look if the Owner(s) or any of the HC have criminal backgrounds. If a HC has a criminal Background he/she is to be fired. If the owner has any criminal records the group won't be accepted and will be removed from the Ally's
Step 4: We now are going to contact LV Mods and ask if they can make a group.

I want to give companies and agencies a better stay at NUSA, Directors that need Administrations done can contact me or the DEPSEC for any suitable Administrators. We also firstly check EVERY SINGLE law and if a Company is not following these Laws/rules, they will not be given any License/team. I want to make the DoC alot more active altough there are a few members, i will put applications open really quickly and will host tryouts, that will follow this simple pattern:
1- Intelligence Phase
2- Asking Phase
3- Exam Training
4- Final Exam
5- Physical Challenge

If you want to start a bussiness you must follow these rules/Orders.
1- Owner/Any member should not have a criminal record.
2- The Bussines must provide legal services
3- Must be certified. (Can be given by a DEPSEC,SEC,BOD)
4- Must have the [USA] Tag.
5- Must not deal with anything such as: Spying,Killing,Hacking,Robbering
6- It firstly has to be Background checked, They will be put in a Que.
More rules/orders are coming once i got the Job

High ranks are needed in the DoC, we need people with a Fresh and healthy brain, which we all have
I will put down trainings with Mental and Physical challenge's. Or i will put down Applications!
I will host interviews weekly and 3-4 People will get accepted. the maximum Member count will be: 50-60
that will be enough to run a good Dept.

Cyno is perfectly fine. He's doing his job alongside the Acting Deputy Secretary of Commerce. Also, I wouldn't want you running the Department of Commerce mainly because you've never even been a Cabinet Secretary. If you were, MAYBE I would support this, but that just isn't the case. |

So i must be a Cabinet member to get supported, i want the best for my country and the citizens within, he isnt doing anything about the New Taxi services or Bodyguard things, There are alot of Hitmans out there that he just accepts! |

@Florent:
For a business to get a team they must:
- Create a thread in a certain format (I can't find it right now).
That thread gets voted on by the councilors and if it passes the Mayor has to approve it. Once the Mayor approve it the head game of that game must approve it.

Answer: You can't give a businesses a team, it has to go through the city council. What papers, I think you meant a contract.

Answer: You've basically stated anyone with an arrest record {1 Arrest}, will not be accepted within the Department of Commerce.

Answer: You do know the Department of Commerce isn't an law enforcement agency, so why do a "Physical Challenge".

Answer: You're basically saying if the owner of a business has at least one arrest you'd be disqualified as a business. "Spying", "Hacking" I never knew you can hack and spy in Las Vegas or DC!
I could have mentioned a lot more, and your experience leads me to believe that you are unqualified for the position.
