On 6/29/16, the Founder of the PHL (TacticalFilipino) and the Philippines has been called upon by its allies to war with Botswana. The PHL soldiers not have full authorization to use unconventional warfare in any Botswana war zone. The senate will gather to discuses the war and weather or not to continue the fighting.
