Section I: This law gives the county the power to hold elections for elected positions in the County. Mayor, City Council, County Council, County Executive, and any other municipal elected positions are included in this act. Section II: The state government will have no right in holding elections in the County. If any state official is found to ignore this ordinance, the County has a right to sue them/ the government. Section III: All County and Municipal laws in conflict with this law are now considered null and void.
