I already have installed roblox player and roblox studio but when I click play on a game it says "You are moments away from getting into the game"
Roblox pleas tell me how to fix it!
I have a feeling you are on a MAC computer. If you are, just go to the downloads tab and download it again, or quit Safari and go back and see if that works.
