SECTION I: Introduction
Hi! I am Buby575, you all may now me as a DJBuby because I play a lot of music at TC. All my days in Docklands Police Department with you guys, I have to say it was the best. I was so happy that I got tot rain amazing officers and to see all the success and wonderful things that you guys do in Harford like, Patrolling, and making the streets more clean. I am making this forum today to prove to you guys that, I Buby575 deserve the rank (HR) Assistant Chief.
SECTION II: Why I should get the rank Assistant Chief
I believe that I Buby575 should get the rank Assistant Chief due to my skills. When I host training's, I always host training's to make sure that my fellow DPD officers are trained well due to many activity happening in Harford. I want DPD Officers to learn how to protect themselves and to always be mature. I am active, honest, and mature. I want to spread all my knowledge towards you guys and to show that DPD is a great police group and that we train our officers well! I want the best for all my officers even if it means that I have to go through extreme risks to do that. I have seen many HR's abuse there power and many people trying to get AC just for publicity but, that is not me! I want to show others that I will make a change in DPD and show that us HR's care for our officers and want the best.
SECTION III: What I will do as Assistant Chief
My plan as Assistant Chief in DPD is to first thing try to end all the favoritism that happen during MR Training's. It has occurred to me that many HR's only pick there friend's to be HR but do not really know if they have the skills to train officers. So, my plan is to make a list of every single (MR) Commander and input them onto a trello, only HR's are allowed access onto the trello. Each training that a High Rank hosts, they will mark down the Commanders we have stayed and who have successfully help their LR's and have showed massive skill in Teamwork, and Cooperation. This will help us know which (MR) Commanders are fit to become (HR) Superintendents. I will try to make this happen with Frankie, iKing , and Kni's permission. What I will also do is make a co-host log. This co-host log is to give every (MR) Commander a chance on co-hosting so their is no people being picked because they are really good or they are your friend. I will also as Frankie, iKing, and Kni permission to do this.
SECTION IV: Rules I will try to enforce
In the DPD R&G it states in S.I.XVIII, " Using any other weapons other than weapons that is given when spawned is prohibited." I have seen many DPD officers who are on duty going to the weapon dealer to get a glock. If this is seen it will lead to automatic suspension, no excuses. Another rule to enforce is S.I.XVII, it states "During arrest, remember to tell the citizens their rights." During my days in Harford I HAVE SEEN NO DPD officer ever give someone there rights it is begins now! If you do not give someone their rights, you can be sued for that.
CONCLUSION:
This is my speech on why I believe I deserve the rank Assistant Chief, If you support me on my path to Assistant Chief then put "#Support". I believe that soon the missing puzzle piece in DPD will soon be filled. Thank you for your time.

[P.S. He was almost fired for not knowing the rules of HOW MANY PEOPLE TO PROMOTE DURING A TRAINING EVEN THOUGH THE PROMOTION GUI TELLS THE TRAINERS HOW MANY TO PROMOTE.. Don't vote for this person because hes not experienced, doesn't know how to read the GUI's. ect.. NOT TO BE RUDE! I just want DPD to be run by a better Assistant Chief then him.]
