There is a lot of white space in the image. Look at the difference between these two: Yours (which doesn't work): https://www.roblox.com/Shirt-1-item?id=442397654 Random one (which does work): https://www.roblox.com/PewDiePie-Hoodie-item?id=446804120 You can see the difference in size.
