The Imperial Russian Army are highly trained and professional soldiers who must be constantly aware they are role-models. Enlisted should carefully listen to their superiors; Non-commissioned officers should lead by example, and officers must be gentlemen with a stone cold heart to do their job.

1. Enlisted soldiers [Private to Sergeant Major] are to be referred to by his or her rank
2. Commissioned officers [Ensign and higher] are to be called “Sir” or “Ma’am” and be saluted
3. When in uniform or not, soldiers are to use proper grammar and be MATURE
4. Emoticons/Emojis/Faces are prohibited within the Imperial Russian Army
5. Respect your superiors and NEVER say “..” to them
