We've talked with multiple admins. Here's what we got out of it:
1. Everything and anything we do with vehicles is a Server-Only adjustment. It will not carry onto other servers.
2. Everything and anything we use must have the appropriate lore behind, where, when and how–this is often the 'Supplier's job.
3. Time-skipping is not allowed in CC. You must RP every modification action.
Those were the rules given, here are some more CC made rules:
Modification:
- High USD is required. If the client is buying a vehicle / modification that would pack a punch, they must become 'Client' rank, otherwise, it's ok if they're not in CC.
-Only 'Specialist' rank can work on any type of motorbikes.
-We don't give out freebies, be realistic with pricing and how many modifications you do in that day.
-We WILL work on approved vehicles, but for more USD, because it's probably already pretty good.
-Be realistic with modifications. A civi sudan could not have a .50 cal mounted from the roof, it'd eventually rip the frame apart.
-We do repair vehicles, but, we usually don't have parts lying around. Contact the Supplier.
Here's a list of possible modifications. Anything that is possible we can probably build, all in realism:
Scrap-siding / armor, Metal racks, Metal window bars, scrap-siding wheel plates, larger / smaller tires from original, roof-mount manhole, roof gun mounts, spiked rims, bullet proof glass (low caliber), mounted spotlights, trailer hitches, studded tires, interior upgrades such as; kevlar seats to prevent bullet bypass, cab jail, heated / cooled / shock seats, false floor compartments. We can also do not-so-quality paint jobs.
*we never have enough BP glass to switch all of their glass, unless it's only a windshield. our BP is grade .40 caliber is below, anything larger than .45 will break the glasses, otherwise .40-.45 will spiderweb it.
IC rules:
-Respect other CC, and especially respect our clients.
-Only make fair deals, bargaining is allowed.
-If you have a problem with someone, do not face it alone. Call CC and it's mercs to help you.
-Try to stay well represented with in our uniform, reputation matters.
-We sell modifications, repair, gasoline, and tires. We also buy any of the following for a low price.
OOC rules:
-Just follow ATF's rules and be chill.
'Givens' to CC: After talking to some admins, Coastal Crew does not receive any level of kevlar, except Kevlar I for seats. No weapons used for clients are ever to be used as a CC weapon, unless it's on the vehicle–If it's on the vehicle, go ahead. Our chest-rigs have no protection. They are used for mags and tools. All MR ranks and above get a radio: use [CC-R] "message" to contact other players in server.
Reminder: We are not here to make any ATF's vehicles "OP", we're here to repair and modify them. Every vehicle we make can be stopped one way or another.
ALL lore must be backed up–if I make a rotating spotlight accessed from the cab, I need all the lore around it. But, you don't have to go overboard.
