Did you change #### ##### Go to the gear wheel on the top right hand corner and click settings. On account info where #### #### ### next to it will be a box with what looks like a pencil. Click that and enter your current pass and change that to something else.

Go on settings a click the log out all sessions. It'll remove anyone that is using your account on a different ip. Then change the pass.
