OoC: Branching RPs Off?

Hey guys, I've been thinking about an interesting idea for an upcoming story ARC in my RP, Gargantuan. I've been thinking about dedicating one ARC to multiple ISRP threads, so that each RPer can do their own mission for that ARC. It's only going to be one ARC long, so the RPers will return back to the main thread to continue RPing, but I feel like an ISRP ARC should encourage more interaction. As of right now, not everyone is active at the same time, so it's difficult to move the story forward. What do you guys think? Good idea?

I tried something similar last year, only mine, everyone was a superhero on a team, and everybody got their own ISRP "comic lines" alongside the main RP. It was fun for the short time it lasted, but it fell apart. It seems like you're putting much more work into this than I did, so it might work awesome. Do it, man.

Oh, this is a temporary thing for a single Story ARC, not exactly something that will go on to the end. But thanks for the encouragement!

Mmmmm, sounds like a good idea. I should write my RP where the first half of it will be an ISRP, then the threads will join together into one thread and everyone will continue from there. I can probably be more active with ISRPs, but half or less detailed.

The thing with ISRPs is that you need to be really active with them to be successful, so that's the one thing I need to keep in mind for this upcoming ARC
