Here is the one and only thread that talks about the Adonis thing, I think. So many games and servers on Roblox got shut down and many players saw this message: "Disconnected by Adonis".
Now, don't blame Roblox for this. This may be a temporary problem to us and soon it will be resolved, right? Just letting you guys know that this was a forum post about the Adonis thing. See ya in the forums.

I'd say it has something to do with that new exploit that lets people steal games and stuff, but that's just wild speculation for me. Maybe you'll find someone who knows more about it and can give a solid answer. |

I heavily doubt it's a DDoS, because that doesn't entirely shut down servers WITH that message, infact I've seen scripts that can kick players from games and display pretty much any disconnect message they like, and this is likely one of those kinds of scripts, being ran in-game after being injected through this new exploit. |

It Effects the whole game itself so any server will crash. that means public/private servers, Other platforms like the Roblox App and Xbox Roblox will crash also. |

in this private server on Q-bicle, my game options and chat wont load, then after a few minutes my game crashes and say Adonis; Disconnected by server. yet in a public server it's fine. has this happened to anyone else? |

Yo, I didn't see this until 1 year later lol, but Adonis isn't a hack or anything of the sorts. It's an admin/anti-exploit script. It's popular among large games. You most likely were detected as a threat by the adonis script. You might have been using a macro or autoclicker. This sometimes triggers the device.
