Homeland Security agents need to read all of the following, especially their agency's message. I'd like to go over a few things for our agents before Stapleton opens tomorrow. Choosing Sergeants and Special Operations Sergeants should odviously be referred to as Sergeants. 3 Sergeants have been chosen, and 4 more will later on. 3 for CRT, 3 for FPS and 1 for Special Operations. Special Operations members will be chosen after seeing your work in the field. First, concerning Capitol breaching. There is currently an invisible barrier blocking people from entering the Capitol through bus stops, etc. The barrier is scripted to disappear when a certain number of HLS are on. Radio The radio will have a channel for HLS. You should use the HLS channel as your primary channel, unless you need other agencies. If you need other agencies, go to their channel and say: Send 1 SCSO to global (if you need SCSO). You should only use the radio for important communications, and need to use codes at all times. FPS FPS should hang by the Capitol, of course stop any breachers, and post infront of the Capitol gates. I'm not sure if the breaching script was put in yet. They will have more to do in the future, but are police. The Capitol is a busy place, being in the center of the county- they'll be doing a lot. They may do checkpoints at the Capitol and Capitol road, but should hold off for now. CRT CRT is to respond to situations that are life threatening, put citizens or officers in danger, or that law enforcement may not be able to handle. They may assist in pursuits. Most of their calls, and calls you should respond to will be the following: Pursuits Calls concerning firearms, or assaults with deadly weapons Calls concerning GTA Robberies Capitol breaches Calls for assistance from police Riots, protest control Barricaded suspects Kidnappings Calls that may be tough for police to control Laws, force, arrests Remember that you can only shoot at civilians if your life is in danger, you learned use of force. You should only arrest if the person has clearly broken a law, and need to explain what they did in the description.
