This is a specific manual directed to all members that are currently in, or want to join the division of the United States Military 1940's, the Military Police 1940's. All Military Police personnel should read this thread and obey the rules about being a Military Police member. If they fail to do so, it can cause demotion in main group, the division itself, or exiling from Military Police 1940's.

Uniform guidelines.
MPC-SO: Class B Uniforms with attached Class B Trousers and Default Military Police Helmet(All found in Military Police spawn point).
MP CO-SOIC: MP Officer Uniforms found in group store and Officer Visor Cap.(Darker colored)
DSJ-SJ: Based on rank in main group always wear an Officer Visor Cap.

Rules-III
Scenarios- (ALWAYS INFORM SOMEONE WHAT THEY ARE DOING WRONG BEFORE SHOOTING!)
If a soldier below the rank of Probationary Lieutenant without told by an Officer to do so, is wearing an Officer Visor cap and Formals advise the soldier to take remove the uniform.
If a soldier joins the game with a body package on any part of the body, please tell the soldier to remove the body package. If they do not know how to, inform them.
Guarding: The main priority when guarding is to check the main gate, if there are 3 or more Military Police members covering it, go to outposts. The Outposts should be covered in order of importance.
If there is a training going on, have 2 Military Police members protect the training and keep watch of any cheaters during the obbys.
A soldier is permitted to wear formals as long as they wear a Garrison Cap along with it, again unless another uniform is ordered by an Officer to that soldier.
The three conditions in which you should jail someone are one, if they are killing other soldiers, two if the soldier is shooting at a fellow soldier, and three if a soldier is refusing the orders of a Military Police member.
To be a Military Police member the soldier needs to be at the rank of or above the rank of Private First Class.
Training/Tryouts can only be hosted by soldiers of the rank SOIC and all ranks above. Assistants to the host/hostess must be at the rank of SO and higher.

Training/Tryout-IV
Please refer to Section III for what ranks are given permission to Host and Assist.
Military Police Training Guideline- Most rules in the main group's training document are applied to any MP training that is being held. The only changes to the main group's training document can be detected below.
1. Begin with using the command :m to call ALL MP personnel to the Parade Square. Include in the command to direct any Officers that are unoccupied to guard the gate, and if none ranks of MP CO and higher will guard the gates.
2. Once the Parade Square is liquidated of all Private(Pass Basic Training), you may begin with ordering faces. Begin with basic faces, give them 3 seconds to complete the face if they fail to do so please remark it. After 5-10 basic faces give them multiple faces at once(around 4-7 faces). Give them 1 second to complete the face.
3. Take all trainees to the obby, before doing the actual obby teach the trainees about handling the equipment given to them. After doing so, teach them about using the radio. Teach all trainees about NOT abusing their given equipment.
4. Then, do an exercise and break the basic rules, have the trainees correct you without them breaking the rules(Seen on Section III).
5. Then, have them do the obby, in which you will give 3-5 minutes for them to complete. If they attempt or do cheat, dismiss them from the training immediately.
6. Then, you will teach them how to operate the Outposts. As well as teaching them where the Outposts are and what the purpose of each individual outpost is.
7. Then take them to the Parade Square and give them a grammar test.
The trainees will then be asked to state their (Name), (Rank), (MP Rank), sir. They will fill the parentheses with their correct information.
8. You then promote all Military Police members that did exceptional. Do not promote a Special Officer to Military Police Commissioned Officer, only the DSJs and SJ can do it.
Military Police Tryouts Guideline-
1. Begin by using the command :m Military Police Tryouts at Parade Square! All soldiers with the rank of PFC+ may come.
2. Once all soldiers are there and the Parade Square is liquidated of all Private(Pass Basic Training) begin by teaming all to Delta to make sure no one falls in.
3. Give basic faces, then give a large order saying 5-7 faces. They must do it in 3 seconds.
4. After take them to the obby, give them 4-6 minutes to complete the obby. If the fail to do it, it does not mean they can not become MP! If they cheat, dismiss them from the tryout.
5. Take them to the gun range and have them shoot 6 bullets from their M1 Garand.
6. Grammar Test: Ask all trainees, "Why do you want to become a part of MP?". They need good grammar, if there are minor slip-ups it is alright. But, please FIX THEIR MISTAKES!
7. Pick the men you want to promote, then teach those men about gun control and how to guard Outposts. Teach them and show them where all Outposts are and what the use of each outpost is.
8. After teaching them all of Number 7, accept them into the Military Police Group. Show them how to join if they do not know!
