Its values are reflected in the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct. ㅤ• Respect: The Company is committed to the principle that all individuals should be treated with dignity and respect. Each employee of ACTUAL MILITARY SERVICES is expected to treat his or her fellow colleagues, independent contractors, consultants, suppliers, and customers with dignity and respect at all times by refraining from abusive, hostile, or otherwise disrespectful behavior. ㅤ• Informal Language: We except our employees to act professionally and talk professionally to other staffs/employees of ACTUAL MILITARY SERVICES and our customers, meaning no internet slang/emoticons when on duty. Informal language is used when you're having a relaxed, friendly, or unofficial style, manner, or nature which we cannot except when you're on duty. - No Internet Slang ("get rekt", "gg (no re)", "pls", "m8", "brb/afk", "gtg", "lol/lmfao/rofl"). - No Emoticons ("c:", "xD", ":)" ":3"). ㅤ• Unprofessional Behavior: Company employees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and in a manner consistent with our values at all times. Unprofessional behavior or conduct that negatively affects the Company’s business interests or reputation is prohibited. ㅤ• Fraternization: All employees are strictly prohibited from unduly familiar relationships (fraternization) with customers of ACTUAL MILITARY SERVICES on ACTUAL MILITARY SERVICES grounds. Such personal relationships may create conflicts of interest, disruption, litigation risk, a negative or unprofessional work environment, or present concerns regarding supervision, security, morale, and contract compliance. ㅤ• Duty: Whenever you're on ACTUAL MILITARY SERVICES grounds or doing anything related to the Company, you are on duty.
