Shadow Troopers Tryout Regiment By Laserbreaker777 ________________________________________________________________________________________ Content Chapter 1: Introduction Chapter 2: Requirements Chapter 3: Tactics Training Chapter 4: Marksmanship Training Chapter 5: Final Test ________________________________________________________________________________________ Introduction This is the Shadow Troopers Tryout Regiment, a mandatory training system that Shadow Trooper Candidates will have to undergo to become Shadow Troopers. This book, as you have already seen on the previous page, has five chapters, including this one. Each chapter must be completed to progress to the next chapter (besides this one) and after each is completed and the final test is passed, a soldier may join the Shadow Troopers. This book will detail the parameters and training regiment of the tryouts. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Requirements Each candidate is required to have had an interview with a Shadow Trooper, to understand their background and use their strengths better. These interviews will most likely be written down in a spreadsheet or reported to a commander in the Shadow Troopers. After this is achieved, commanders will decide whether or not to allow these soldiers to have tryouts. The tryouts will be scheduled, and each soldier will then undergo training. Be aware that not every soldier is made to be a Shadow Trooper at first, but some have great potential. That is why this allows certain soldiers to progress through training rather than tryouts. It is also why soldiers will undergo training nevertheless their experience or previous occupations. The next two chapters will detail what kind of training they must go through, and the results expected. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Tactics Training Shadow Troopers are expected to be tacticians and to use strategy to their advantage. That is why tactics training is mandatory. This training regiment includes three phases to the training. In these three phases, they will learn two different tactics and use them in two scenarios. ________________________________________________________________________________________ In the first phase, the candidates will learn the respective tactics of using distraction and stealth. They will learn to use cover and be unseen and also learn about distracting enemies. ________________________________________________________________________________________ The second phase will test the teamwork of the candidates and their ability to use distractions to their advantage. The team will be a max of five candidates. The candidates will try to get into a base guarded by enemy soldiers. There will be a main commander, looking over the enemy forces. These forces will act according to that commander and that commander will act according to how a standard raid would be handled. The objective of the five candidates is to get into the base. The best way to do this is to try and find a different way to get in. One candidate will be armed with a powerful mounted rapid laser cannon. The catch is that the gun does no damage, but it is very loud. If the candidates first take a breathe and look over what they’re doing, they’ll find out there is a candidate that has this. He’ll use it to open fire near the base, tricking the enemy into trying to engage him and leaving their posts. There is a part of the base that is undefended, through there the rest of the team can get through. Rules 1. Enemy Team Must Only Use DC-15S 2. Enemy Team Must Act Appropriately (Must Act As If On Standard Guard Duty) 3. Candidates Must Only Use DC-15s Not Including The Candidate With The Mounted Laser ________________________________________________________________________________________ The third phase will test each candidate’s ability to use stealth. The candidates will be in a room, with many different items that can be used as cover, they’ll also have a three second cloak that they can use with a five minute cooldown. If one soldier is discovered the game doesn’t end. If all of them are discovered or killed the game will end. The candidates will have silenced weapons but the weapons will be low damage. The soldiers must sneak past the guards and get to the door. If they are successful in doing this then they will win. Rules 1.The Enemy Must Use DC-17M’s. 2.The Candidates Must Use A Downgraded Version Of A BB DC-17M, Which Is Much Quieter And Has A Lower Rate Of Fire Than The Standard DC-17M. This Version Of The BB DC-17M Will Have Lower Damage, Only Making It A Far Less Superior Weapon. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Marksmanship Training The next part of the tryout is Marksmanship Training. This will involved three phases that will test accuracy. ________________________________________________________________________________________ The first phase of the training will involve the candidates shooting targets from long distances. They will be required to use a DC-17M [S] to hit a target from across a large room. They will have thirty shots and must hit at least twenty times to pass. ________________________________________________________________________________________ The second phase of the training will involve the candidates shooting moving targets AKA trainers. They will be forced to shoot at a certain distance deemed fit by the commander in charge and will try to hit all the targets and kill them. They will once again use DC-17M [S]’s and will each have eight shots. They must hit and kill two soldiers who are jumping up and down. If they get past this, they will be allowed to continue to use those shots again after the targets respawn. ________________________________________________________________________________________ The third and final phase of the Marksmanship Training is to fire moving and jumping targets. The candidates will once again use DC-17M [S]’s to fire at enemy targets. They will try to shoot and kill three targets that are moving and jumping. Each candidate will have twelve shots. They must each hit all three targets and kill them in order to pass this part of the program. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Final Test This is the final part of the Shadow Troopers Tryout Regiment, a test that will combine the things taught in the previous parts of the tryout to make one final test. ________________________________________________________________________________________ The test will involve having a PR at Kashyyyk, it will be at the peak of activity and will only allow the candidates to fight. They only have five respawns and must kill fifty GRA total. The max amount of candidates taking this test at once is five. If there are four, they all have six respawns and must kill fourty GRA. If there are three, they all have seven respawns and must kill thirty GRA. If there are two they both have eight respawns and must kill twenty GRA. If there is one, he/she will have nine respawns and must kill ten GRA. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Rules No Using AAT During The PR LAATs Can Be Used Standard Raider Weapons Only For The Candidates GRA May Not Close The Walls ________________________________________________________________________________________ Conclusion If the candidates have completed the entire training program, they will be deemed Shadow Troopers, and will be allowed to use the Shadow Troopers Armor and be in the Shadow Troopers in the SOB Division. This is the mandatory program used to test Shadow Trooper Candidates. If you have any questions, please PM Laserbreaker777.
