YOU SHOULD STRIVE TO HAVE THEM ALL PASS BECAUSE THAT MEANS THEY ARE TRAINED AND READY FOR THE FORCE IT IS NOT A TEST TO SEE IF THEY ARE READY MAKE THEM READY. Section 1- What is Tryout Tryout are a type of training that Test People if they are Ready for the Force they are Entering. Tryout are the only way for a soldier to enter the Force. It is the gateway into the Force for all potential soldiers. Section 2- Purpose of Tryout The purpose of Tryout are to make sure that those who join the force are well equipped to be able to grow as soldiers. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Article II- Overview ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Section 1- Schedule A Tryout is split into two parts, the first part is called the Basics or Drills. That is at the beginning and are the basics that Soldiers have to know to do. Things like Faces, Ranks and simple rules of NATO are things every soldier should know so they should be touched on in a Tryout but not a focus. The second part of a Tryout is TCT, where the focus shifts from drill knowledge to the elements that turn a common soldier into a NATO superiorly trained soldier. -Introduction to the Force -Drills (Go through it once and explain if someone does not understand or needs help) -TCT (THIS IS THE BULK OF THE TRYOUT) -Ceremony ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Article III- TCT ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Section 1- Overview TCT is a method of Tryout that stands for (Teamwork Combat Tactics). It is the basis of Tryout that has been used before successfully in the Force and has been a model to train NATO soldiers to their peak ability as individuals and as well as a whole. Tryout is the key areas if not the sole areas of Tryout that a soldier being trained by a corp or a division should receive. Section 2- Teamwork Teamwork training is the foundation and most important part of training for an Army soldier. The ability to work with their fellow soldiers is above all in combat. No one man can win a war, but an army of men can. This makes teamwork paramount and also required for the other 2 parts of TCT to be any use to the Force. Teamwork is not a group of people charging into a fight, Teamwork is the cohesiveness and a bond that the NATO soldiers are known for and the reason the Force is so effective in combat situations. Section 3- Combat Combat Tryouts is essential to any armed forces and the Force especially. The soldiers need to be trained in combat maneuvers as well as advantages they can use in combat. This could be done by way of combat exercises or practice raids etc. Training the soldiers in combat areas will dramatically improve effectiveness in war zones and raids. This goes well with Teamwork, having soldiers who can work together and know how to fight. Section 4- Tactics Tactics training rounds out TCT and needs the previous two trainings to do well. Tactics training teaches soldiers to use their heads in a war zone rather than charge into a fight. It teaches them to make planes and execute them as well as being able to adapt to a situation. When a plan goes bad the soldiers need to be able to either already have a plan B ready or be able to change the plan to still make it work. This requires the previous two, you need soldiers who can work together and can fight well before they can learn to make plans. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Article IV- Ceremony ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Section 1- Procedure At the end of the Tryout the Instructor has all of the Privates change into formals (If they have them) and then go to the ceremony area to finish the Tryout. The Instructor then lets whoever passes or fails know then if they pass since it is a Tryout they are then official NATO soldiers and, Afterward the appropriate promotions are to be sorted out for those who have passed. It is customary to end on some insightful words to have the soldiers thinking when they leave. Remember that it is your goal as an instructor to have all of them pass since you are teaching them how to be soldiers not testing them, however if someone just is not army material than they should not pass Tryout and allowed in the Force.
