We will be executing a new thing. It will be weekly evaluations, which will happen.. once a week. We will be evaluating each one of you on fridays, saturdays, and sundays, which you may pick the day. You will be tested on gun fighting, obbies, and other things. This cleans out the inactive members of the ARC Program. This is also here to KEEP us skilled. Along with the trainings, you must BE skilled to get in ARC, but you must STAY skilled to stay in ARC. It keeps us all skilled and non-rusty, gives Cadets a chance to prove themselves, join a Squad, get spotted out for a squad etc. To give us an idea of how well you are doing, there will be a point system, there will be 5 things graded on.. each out of 50. Things that are only counted DURING the evaluation: Combat Obbies Teamwork Maturity Not during the evaluation: Activity You must get 175/250 in total to pass. This means, 35/50 on everything, will make you pass. -------------- [FOR ALL TROOPERS] If you do not meet the requirement of 175 points, we will first look at your score. To not be exiled. You must at least get 150+. If you are below 175, you must improve by the next evaluation, or you will be considered to be exiled. If you have below 125, you will be instantly exiled. Anywhere between 125-150, you will be at the last peg of staying in ARC, if you stay at this area, you will be exiled. -------------- [FOR ALL TROOPERS] If you can not make it to a evaluation, even though its all weekend, you must PM either Demonassa, or Yayme. That goes the same with inactivity, any inactivity goes straight to us. If you are going on vacation, first.. you must PM me or Yayme. Then, when you get back.. you will obviously be in bad shape. Since you probably are rusty, we will give you a week to get back into shape for your next evaluation. -Any injuries or illnesses will excuse you from the evaluation, as well as real life problems- -------------- [FOR SQUAD LEADERS, SQUAD MEMBERS MAY FIND SOME OF THIS USEFUL] Squad leaders will have separate evaluation, yet they will also do the normal evaluations. They will be every 2 weeks. These evaluations will include of these things: Leadership Activity How many trainings do you do? (To keep your spot you must host at least 2 trainings a week) How many rallies do you do? (To keep your spot you must host at least 1 rally a week, ill explain what those are) To pass you must get at least 140 points. For rallies and trainings, you auto get 35 points for hitting the requirement. Rallies: This is so the squads can get to know the other members in their squad, and work with them, make friends.. so on Here is how rallies will work. The squad leader will either shout the rally for their squad, and/or Skype it to their squad. Once there, the squad will work on teamwork, formations, attacking.. etc. They will meet up at Korriban, and train with the squad. After that, they will discuss a battle plan for alderaan. After discussing, they will deploy on alderaan and execute their plan. Full rallies: Full rallies are where all squads are at Korriban, and practice together. Then they will do activities, squad vs squad vs squad. Or something its just 2 squads that will be in the rally. If the squad leaders wish, the squads can deploy to alderaan with a battle plan, and work together. Reports: Squad leaders must send a report to either me, or Yayme once a week. [FOR SQUAD LEADERS] Format for weekly report: Squad: Trainings hosted this week: Rallies hosted this week: How many members did you get at the rally: How many members did you get at the trainings: Who's the most active in the squad: Who's the least active in the squad: Notes: Vacations, inactivity reminders, etc.. or just things you have to add. [The last day to send these to us, is sunday]
