HOW TO HOST AN INTERVIEW:
NOTE: YOU HAVE TO BE RANK 11+ TO INTERVIEW IF YOU'RE RANK 10 OR 9 YOU MAY WATCH AND LEARN HOW TO INTERVIEW.
To host an interview and announce it, post this on group shout: [!] Interviews! Come on down for a job at https://www.roblox.com/games/451584200/Interview-Center-V4. We will slock the server in (insert time here)
Next wait for a few people to join or for the time to expire, if no one comes during the time wait a bit longer. You may have to call off the interview if no one comes. Feel free to invite friends.
Before interviewing, say the rules which are:
#1: Please stand on the seat at all time until you are teleported into a room, if you walk off the seat, you may be kicked.
#2: Respect to your interviewer and fellow group members is needed at all times!
#3: You have one minute to answer the question, if you take longer than a minute you don't get a point for that question.
#4: If you don't pass your interview, please don't rage and be rude to the staff, just try again next time!
Now we will begin the interviews please stand on the seats and wait for the interviewers to teleport you!
Teleport the person into your interviewing room, then ask them if they are ready to begin.

Q2: How good are you role playing skills on a scale of one to ten?
Q3: Why do you want this job?
Q4: What would you do to help this group grow and become more popular?
Q5: What are Bunnies Bedtime Daycare's goals?
Q6: What job are you applying for? Please note, you may only apply up to rank 8.

I'm not going to give the answers, just give points to them if you think it's right!
After the interview tell them if they passed or not, you can give them the rank above the one they asked, the one below, even the ranks over number 8! If they didn't tell them to try again next time and ask them to leave the server, if they fail to leave without a tantrum, kick them.

It may cure you of your incompetence and desensitize you. Only then can you really start living life and enjoying it! Brutally decapitating children at night time for fun just because you were bored! Blending up peoples fingers and brains and making a tasty smoothie! You know what screw it lets just chop people into 70 different pieces and hide them all over our houses! That way we can give our friends a scavenger hunt.. |
