I mean, not really.
Myth and Fire don't really have any healing spell.
Unless you want to waste four WHOLE pips on a Satyr then sure. Or if you have a Mastery Amulet, but like those cost a lot and come from really long bosses.
So I guess you do have a point, but Life is pretty useful via attacking too, they have the strongest blades you ever wanted to use because the damage is really bad. lol
