*If one of these GMs are sent down legibly to a different team that they don't run, they will have to give up that role until they are called back up.

Pre-Draft
-Presigning open at 12AM EST on 7/11/16 meaning tonight
-Teams will be allowed 3 presignees
-ALL SIGNINGS are to be sent to me and ONLY me along with an article of proof that they accepted.
-If the GM is eligible to play for their team, they will count as 1 presignee
-Pre signing closes on Thursday at 11:59 EST
Late PMs WILL NOT be accepted
Draft
Like in recent years, the draft will be a snake draft and with consist of 5 rounds
The draft list will be random
