Influx Imperium has decided to declare war on =R.T.D.F.=

Influx Imperium has a few proposed terms, these are by no means set in stone; however, they are just a fair starting point to begin negotiations from. We'll discuss the full list over skype or through PM upon xQueenDestinyx's acceptance of this declaration.
-Sword only war
New Animations ONLY.
-1v1 war (Influx Imperium vs =R.T.D.F.=)
-War begins Tuesday, July 19th
-No Allies
-First clan to 10 wins, no final battle unless agreed by both leaders on the occasion that the issue needs to be addressed.
-Defensive wins don't count towards final raid score.
-30 minute warning time before raids (must inform 3 online HR's above each clans designated ranks for accepting raids, and you must make sure that at least one of them has seen this message.. i.e follow into game or receive a “Yes I accept” back from them through PM). If 3 HR’s are not online you must inform the maximum number online at that time. If there is no HR online during the designated time slot, the raid cannot happen. This ensures that our members can continue to have lives outside of this game without being worried about forfeiting a war.
-Justicar and higher in II can accept raids.
-Follow current base rules (Except those contradicted by war terms)
-War terms always overturn base rules.
-No admin abuse
-Logs must be publicly visible.
-Admin abuse, with proof, results in an auto win.
-Admin abuse is defined as something that can potentially change the final out come of the raid. I.E Kicking without reason is AA, Speeding and healthing is AA, using :fire me is not AA no matter how annoying it is.
-All raid wins must be recorded through screenshots and or video.
-If a member from either side is proven to have exploited they will be banned from participating in the remaining raids within the war, and they will have forced their side into a loss for that day (i.e an II member is proven to exploit, II automatically loses that raid. The same goes for RTDF.)
-30 minute cool down between raids.
-Limit of 4 raids per day
-No base updates during the war, unless agreed to by opposing Leader.
-Flame is allowed, Personal Attacks are not. This means that you may not harass particular members from either clan, however if you’re found swearing within public chat in a server you will not be kicked for this.
-Flame will NOT result in a kick from the server. Personal attacks will result in a WARNING, and the commanding officer of the side who’s making attacks will be notified.
-Pre-Flooding will be defined as blocking out more than 65% of the server before the opposite side has a chance to deploy.
-Pre-Flooding will not be allowed
-If a side does not have the ability to rally enough to host a raid then that raid will be counted as a loss for that side.
This means if you do not have enough rallied to activate your terminal after the designated 30 minutes then you forfeit that raid.
-Raids are not to be refused except for specific irl events. You cannot refuse a raid for lack of good reason otherwise we'll be locked in this war for months. The first instance of a declined raid with lack of good reason will result in a nulled raid for that day. On the second instance it will result in a loss for the defending side as they’ve refused to fight.
-Raid times are as follows:
Monday - Thursday raids may BEGIN between 1:30 PM EST and 10:45 PM EST. This is the time that they may launch.
Friday - raids may BEGIN between 1:30 PM EST and 11:00 PM EST. This is the time that they may launch
Saturday - raids may BEGIN between 1:30 PM EST and 11:00 PM EST.
Sunday - raids may BEGIN between 3:30 PM EST and 9:30 PM EST.
This means you must launch a raid (notify enemy HR's) at least 30 minutes before the final time for declaration that day. i.e. I could request a raid at 10:15 PM EST so the raid begins at 10:45 and no later.
-Bases have a "Group ID" script to verify no using of neutral's and/or allies
-Leaders must keep their messages open to everyone during the duration of the war for contact purposes
Welp, =R.T.D.F.= leadership already stated that they would war us after we defeated them 3-0 in a scrimmage so lets see how this goes.

Nice meme.
May I suggest warring a clan worth your time, as there are better clans to war than RTDF. You will spend more time negotiating with them than actually fighting.
