The Special Containment Procedures used to be a active place with many tests and fun people around. Its now in-active, no Scientists, and more people trying to skip levels, also corruption of the other ranks. This will be fixed. Site Command now has a role even though its not lore based but I feel like it could be something special. I wanna see more people in the scientific department. Security Department has a role where officers can only join the Mobile Task Forces. The Scientific Department must need at least one Mobile Task Forces or Security Department for a Light Containment Zone test. For a Heavy Containment Zone test you must need at least two Mobile Task Forces.
The applications will be made a new, we don't want none of that stupid IQ stuff, its time consuming and obnoxious. The applications for the higher clearance like L-2 and L-3 will be a bit hard, but not too hard. A new site will becoming out. The Manufacturing Department, it has been teased a bit with a small info about it, here is how the ranks and how DD and Director will be chosen. We will have a site building contest, whoever can script and build the best site. 1. Be the Director of said Site. 2. The winner will become Manufacturing Department Director, and the Deputy will be chosen by the O5 whoever can script proper guns and build a SCP that we don't already have on-site.
We already have another Site coming into play that has been announced for sometime now. Just letting you know, it will hopefully be fixed in the next week or so. No promises. The Intelligence Agency will give strikes for something wrong you do, be careful personnel.

Minor Builder/Scripter/Designer The lowest rank in the MD, can only design clothes not any branch based clothes.
Adjective Builder/Scripter/Designer A medium rank in the MD, can design branch clothes and script guns/models for sites.
Major Builder/Scripter/Designer
Can design Major parts of a site or a site it's self, hand picked by the O5 council/Administrator.

You now have to wait a certain time before you can level up again.
Only certain levels can say a certain object class or it is classified and result in punishment.
L-0, Nothing, You have to wait 2 days before leveling up to L-2
L-1, Safe, You have to wait 4 days before leveling up to L-2.
L-2, Euclid, You have to wait 9 days before leveling up to L-3,
