absolutely. umtiti is a young guy, and he's someone who they will be looking to start in the future, not necessarily this season. he's a proven player with international experience and when he is needed to step up off the bench.
and let's look at barcelona's center-backs. gerard pique, mascherano, vermaelen, and mathieu. let's be honest here, vermaelen is not barcelona standard and mathieu is isn't necessarily world-class. umtiti is a solid player right now, and will be on of the best in the world in the future.
this is a spectacular signing for barcelona in my opinion.
