@unsearched It would be a full time partnership. You would be building anything from space ships to city buildings to furniture.

I respect your work bro but experience doesn't equal talent. I've met a couple of people with promising skills. Same goes for all those employers out there, looking for minimum 3 years, completely missing out on people with potential.

@Ocks There are many many people who have been building for under 3 years and are amazing builders. I don't deny that. However, in the last 2 years I have hired easily 25 builders, all varying levels of experience and talent. What has remained a truth among every single one that didn't have a few years experience under their belt were these 2 things: They were lazy. They can only build a few genres This might be isolated to my experience, but from what I've seen, these 2 features only weed out after lots of experience.

Oh, and another point I forgot about, the 3 years requirement is mainly there so that I don't get 10 PMs from 11 year olds who have been building for a week.
