do you mean in properties?? if so i did that and it still wont let blocks go inside each other

No. He means turn off collisions in the home tab.

As they said, it's the Collision Check button in your top toolbar. Also make sure your Parts are Anchored, otherwise when you play the game they will just try to move out of each other!
