Building and design is a essential part of game development, Some programmers can program amazingly except their design skills isn't to neat, Some can design amazingly (3D designers, Graphic design, Game design, etc) but can't code worth anything. And then some are mixed.
What I'm looking for is not an extremely-detailed builder that will lag on some machines.
What I am looking for, as a developer, is a builder who can build amazingly, while still making their games open to more of the community.

As there was hate on the so called 'dev groups' I felt it necessary to change the title.
Other people in the project aren't necessary and funds would have to be split further.
Also if the owner of a dev group isn't a developer I don't think he has the right to call it a dev group, Didn't even know something as stupid as that was a thing.
