BWE HR Resignation ======================================================= Hello BWE, I would like to formerly resign as HR in Black Wolf Empire. (For Good) Last time I knew I would come back as HR, this time, I plan not to. Let me address why. ======================================================= I have been in BWE since mid-2012. Ever since I got promoted the first day at Casy132's training, I decided this is the place I want to be. Finally after being in BWE for 4 years, I figured out I don't have to be a High Rank to enjoy the great community BWE has. But unfortunately I don't see BWE improving at all. This has been one of the most inactive summers (no offense). Although BWE is not known for its activity, I have became friends with hundreds of Black Wolves within the past 3-4 years. No.... Austin.. You were my most favorite HR. But what you said is right, "I don't have to be a High Rank to enjoy the great community BWE has". But, it's just kinda sad. You're the best. You're the ideal HR. But maybe, BWE doesn't deserve you, especially at what's happened. And I understand. Thank you for everything. You were always so kind. You were the first and only HR that helped me when I was real new at BWE. I've had the hardest time especially because of my timezone, but you were there when everyone else didn't give a damn. You've helped me through my darkest and lightest problems and motivated and inspired me to not give up and become better. I too became inactive because of personal reasons, mainly college. But I'll never forget the good people like you. I really appreciate everything you did, especially what happened during my NCO days. Thank you for being a great leader and making me not give up to be one.

I wasn't talking bout condition of bwe More like I miss the fun we had when all of us were there. The group might have improved for all i know but my friends left so it just isn't the same for me.

Who is x_Termina? Eitherway, you shouldn't resign as a he in bwe because look at who you wre now, you're suppose to support and help emperor carson manage bwe. Casy123 raised you so good cor a reason.. You were thought how to jump and talk and now you're capable of alot of things. Come back to being a hr in bwe Austin.

Honestly it was great having you as a high rank. And I would see the same reason to choose not to be. With all these reforms and restarts, it's kind of dumb when you can't have a steady leader. You did the best you could and that's all that matters. I'll still look up to you man. Even if we never got those conversations between us in, still was great having you as my friend I remember those times we would go around on games with a few others and stream on twitch. I remember that one time during training you put me on lobby duty until you realize I wasn't a high rank yet. I was close but still a long shot away. And will always be a long shot away from being a HR

@Lionbaita, Oh, okay. Yeah we had a lot of fun. We did have a lot of fun a few months after you left, then it started to die down. But yeah, I know what you mean. @X_Terminal, X_Termina is a close friend of mine ;) Anyways, Idk. I am still in BWE, and I did help Carson with a lot of the current reforms, by just giving advice. I don't think I need to be HR to help BWE tbh. @Veratus, Bye! @PaperNathan, Thanks dude! If you wish to become a HR, I know you can do it, and I know you will be a good one. BWE needs some more good HRs at the moment, if you wish to fufill it, I would be happy to recommend you. It was nice training with you and playing games. See you around.

The best year for BWE would have to possibly be the summer of 2013 and most of 2014. That's where we peaked. The best HQ's came out. The best gamepasses (Heheheh) And, we were a unit. ALL the good HRs were active and BWE worked. Now it's fallen.
