Ik since they removed TIX it's harder to earn money and it doesn't seem that OP and 20 is a fair amount -Dangerous Woman-

Support. I was actually just barely thinking of posting this exact topic. xD I think 20 place visits is fair. C:

That would cause inflation. ROBLOX has made it clear from the very start that they're not giving out free ROBUX. It's just different from tickets, because people don't buy tix. And yes, earning it through place visits still constitutes it as free ROBUX.

If they "made it clear from the very start that they're not giving out free ROBUX", then how come that in the very start, they gave out tix that you could convert into Robux? It wouldn't cause inflation, it was perfectly fine when tix were around.

I used to make tons of ROBUX from just logging in every day and eventually converting TIX to ROBUX and the conversion rate was balanced. It also discourages NBC players heavily and since they are 90% taxed on everything, it is extremely hard for them to make games and not rewarding enough. I heard they were going to do these competitions for free ROBUX but they removed that from the blog after the first day. In my opinion to fix most of this, they should increase the benefits for TBC, OBC and previous BC members. Players who have previously been a member of any BC atleast once, should receive a 65% tax on gamepasses/developer products etc. Players who are currently TBC should receive a 20% tax Players who are currently OBC should receive a 15% tax. I think this rate is fair because many people stick with just BC and never buy TBC or OBC because there really aren't many more benefits. This will hopefully encourage players in order to buy the other BC's and making ROBLOX more money and benefiting the players too. And even previous BC members should be rewarded because they did formerly contribute to the game, and this may make them want to contribute again -Dangerous Woman-

@MuffityMan Giving out free ROBUX and giving out tickets are two very different things. The value of tickets was significantly lower than ROBUX since every user converted their tickets to R$. With users logging in daily, over 200 million tickets were being produced and converted to ROBUX, thus rendering tickets useless. People had more currency than they needed and this created an inflation. And it wasn't perfectly fine when tix were around. To bring up the value of tickets, shirts and pants went up to 100 tix. That strategy didn't end up working very well, and free ROBUX would only exasperate the inflation in the economy.

No inflation.

You say that Tix were useless BECAUSE they were converted into Robux. But that's why they were useful! It actually gave new users a CHANCE to make money. And if the price floor was made because of the Tix, then how come it is still in play, even after the Tix have been removed? And on a different note, I have changed my mind. 30 place visits sounds good to me.

@MuffityMan ROBLOX didn't want tickets to just be a steppingstone to more ROBUX. Unfortunately, that's what it became. It became pointless to them to continue to sustain a currency that lacked economical value. The price floor was to increase the value of tickets which was seriously diminished. When they removed tickets, the price floor also went done. I'm not sure what you're talking about when you say it's still in play.

What I mean by "still in play" is that it's still happening. There is still a price floor, even without Tix. And it didn't lack economical value. It's economical value was the ability to buy stuff with it, which I, for one, actually did (I don't know what YOU were doing with Tix. :/). And by economical value, I assume you mean it's value involving economics, which it does have. Being able to convert it into Robux IS economical value. :T

@MuffityMan No, not exactly. People weren't spending tickets as much as they were spending ROBUX. This is very apparent through the price floor. They raised ticket prices up by 300 tickets as a compensation and you're telling me tickets didn't lack value? In any case, ROBLOX is adamant about free ROBUX. It's never going to happen, because it's like adding fuel to the fire.

What do you mean by "ticket prices"? Also, a lot of people spent a lot of Tix. Like I said, I don't know what you were doing with your Tix.

#193610263Thursday, July 14, 2016 6:29 AM GMT

I'm talking about shirts and pants. At one point, they raised the minimum price to 300 tickets in an attempt to raise the value of tickets. This is simple economics. This alone tells you that users were not spending enough tickets, regardless of what you were doing with yours.

They only raised it to 100 Tix. Also, I'm not the only one who actually spent my Tix on things, I know lots of people who actually use their tix. Btw, this topic has just become an argument between you and me, we should stop.

They originally raised it to 300 in desperation. They only lowered it after they received backlash from the community. Yeah, you're probably right. Good talk.

Hello new player, welcome to ROBLOX! To access 90% of this game, buy BC and ROBUX! I'd say a good 80% of ROBLOX is their games. Games that you don't have to pay in to win or pay to access. (Because, let's be honest, most paid access games are either awful and just a moneygrab or betas that have this " " much content in them. https://www.roblox.com/---item?id=333875691
