No idea if this has been suggested yet, so...
Developer Points can be spent on groups, advertisements, gamepasses, etc.
They can be earned by place visits, gamepasses, etc. The cost for each item is the same amount as it is in R$.
You can buy Developer Points with R$. 10 R$ = 1 developer point. This applies to gamepasses and developer passes as well - you can set to whether you want the gamepass to earn you R$ or to turn the spent R$ into developer points. This R$ to Developer Points rate decreases as you level up through your BC membership, but the rate remains for NBCers for 10 R$ = 1 developer points
This will help benefit people with no ROBUX in developing games. But what about R$? R$ was a major factor in developing games, right? You can still buy Developer Points with R$, and BCers still have an edge over NBCers. However, if an NBCer manages to rack up some place visits, they can still spend some of it onto earning exposure for their game. Everyone wins!
