I made this group long ago and shut it down, about a year ago
Just lately i came back, and the group is blooming even though i'm the only one contributing to it's growth in members/place development/everything else
The members are quite loyal because i'm not the " HAIL ME, KNEEL PEASENTS " type of leader
And we have an attendace of about 8 members per training, and we have 1-2 trainings daily
Yet i can only name about .. 2 members that have been to another war group before
I seriously need some help c&g, it's so hard trying to manage it by myself.
It's also the first group i lead.

That group is cancer
1 year ago it was probably the reason i shutdown
They forced me to join an alliance where i don't really benefit since SL is the only one that can declare wars with the alliance's name ( which was called United command or something like that ) when i refused he wanted a war ( let me remind you, my group back then had only 50 members before shutdown, they had about 4.5K ) their leader josh was, not that nice of a guy as you can tell
Their fort was also unfair as hell, there was a way leading to the terminal between 2 poorly modeled mountains, it had no covers, and their members could shoot through those mountains from behind, so, we basically couldn't reach the terminal, also there members were able to shoot through the actual wall, and we couldn't shoot back, all they were telling us was : YOU CAN WALLSHOOT TOO
...

Its nice to see new leaders and new clans, what advice I can give:
1. Stay away from C&G, its not going to get you too many new members, its a waste of time.
2. Trust your friends to help you lead, pick people that are active and will RECRUIT and have potential.
3. If people cause drama, try to fix it once, if they keep doing it drop them from the group, you don't need that in your clan.
4. HAVE FUN THIS IS A GAME ENJOY YOUR TIME HERE
5. Don't be edgy again this is a game
6. Most importantly, try to learn to develop while you lead the group, find something that can benefit it (scripting, gfx, building)

Understand that having HRs that are experienced isn't necessarily better than having trustworthy and group-first minded HRs. If you're a small clan your priorities should be HRs that can recruit and help you manage the group. |

I built up clans to 30+ activity without a single R$ spent (of course I did do that with semi questionable recruitment methods) and can still recruit fairly easily without it
Honestly hand recruitment is best recruitment, it's hard, but go ingame and ask people to join. It works.

What are these questionable methods <:]

-Get a logo that isn't copied.
-Get uniforms isn't copied.
-Get own places.
Like me it took few tries to get better and every time I learned something from my mistake.
Member want to be heard.
Choose right High Ranks.
To he'll you fix logos and uniforms I'll donate to group from my alt to help you out but if you waste the money it will be your last chance
Also, I have a subscribe for graphics just send me details for logo and I'll see what I can do. |
