----------------------- INTRODUCTION -----------------------
We as a nation, a nationality, and a union hereby state that all of such laws and protocols of the Wakandan Nation will ensure that all of these statements will exist in every Wakandan environment. The law is the word of the Black Panther, compiled by his most trusted officials. The law is above all, including its creators, and any exception will occur only if there is an amendment that is created and approved upon by the council.
----------------------- Specifications -----------------------
The Wakandan Armed Forces is the only present military force of the nation. Any other force will be accounted and noted as illegal.
On accounts of any foreign attack the Wakandan Military must go through the council’s approval before any action is to take place.
The sum consensus of the entire council is equal to the word of the king, any other authoritative figure is below them.
----------------------- Class 1 Laws -----------------------
-Class 1 laws are laws that result in anything from a reprimand, an execution, to a kick from the base of which the person is residing at.
None shall speak out of line unless given permission.
None shall steal a military vehicle without permission, they will be shot on sight, or kicked if the crime is continued.
Any disregard for the uniform will result in reprimands, or kicks from the base of which the guilty is residing at.
None shall commit disorderly conduct.
Touching of the king, or getting near him without his permission is hereby outlawed. The King’s Guards are hereby permitted to execute any person to touch the king.
Disrespecting a higher rank/Military will get you publicly executed, if the person offended declares it to be so. Retaliation of the execution may result in Class 2 punishment.
Any disregard for those in the armed forces’ doings will result in reprimand.
Claiming to not have “known about” a law does not make the criminal innocent, this person would be tried as they normally would.
No faces of any kind shall be used, such as XD, or :D. Any high ranking official may choose to publicly execute you for using faces.
Being caught hiding or giving general aid to criminals can result in similar treatment of the person giving aid as that of the criminal.
Accidental killing in the act of self defense from deadly force is permitted.
----------------------- Class 2 Laws -----------------------
-Class 2 laws result in a punishment ranging from being banned, to a demotion, to being exiled.
Any and all insulting of the King, such as publicly saying how much you dislike him, will not be permitted.
Murder of any military personnel or civilians without being in a duel will not be tolerated.
Breaking into the military's armory is a SERIOUS offense, it will result in the most severe punishment the group may issue.
All high ranks(Techon and above) must have a strict dress code, with formal wear, and no immature or inappropriate hats.
Any infighting between ranks, if they are of the same rank, will resolve a suspension of both ranks, discluding the situation. Exceptions may occur.
If a high rank tries to enforce measures on another branch’s soldiers, that high rank may be suspended.
All laws may be modified or overridden with the Black Panther’s judgement. If the council disagrees with the Black Panther’s decision, a vote can be cast, and if all online council agree with a majority decision, that choice will be overridden and the council’s word will be the final say.
Any blackmail or unsanctioned usage of money or resources to coerce others to doing one’s bidding is highly prohibited.
----------------------- Wakandan Army Divisional Specifications -----------------------
-If caught insulting an Army personnel with petty nicknames and the such, the Army personnel have the ability to open fire.
----------------------- Wakandan Navy Divisional Specifications -----------------------
-If caught insulting a Naval personnel with petty nicknames and the such, the Naval personnel have the ability to open fire with Naval Guns.
-Know Portside and Starboard.
-Know how to operate Wakandan Naval Guns.
-Know how to operate a Millennium class ship.
-The ability to follow the law.
-The ability to follow orders clearly and concisely.
-Pay Grades O-1 and above are permitted hats.
-Non-Naval personnel are not allowed on ships unless specified by a E-4 or above, higher ranks take precedent.
-Know the difference between the cardinal directions.
-Naval personnel are not required to obey orders from other divisions unless specified otherwise.
--------------------- Wakandan Air Guard Divisional Specifications ---------------------
-If caught insulting an Air Guard personnel with petty nicknames and the such, the Air Guard personnel have the ability to open fire.
-Anyone below the rank of E-4 in the Wakandan military may not fly without permission. If caught you will be demoted.
-Insulting any-one above the rank of O-2 will NOT be accepted, the most severe punishment is exile or probation, depending on rank and how severe the insults are.
-Air Guard personnel are to get along with each other and act as brothers, not as enemies. If caught fighting, both Air Guard personnel will be punished by being put on probation.
-Ranks E-1 to E-2 may not fly until they have passed flight tests. If they fail the test they will have to do it again. If caught flying without passing the flight tests, they will be punished and unable to attend flight training for two weeks.
-Absolutely NO complaining. If you have issues or have a recommendation, bring it to an 0-4 and up. If caught complaining excessively, a warning will be taken. 3 warnings before a demotion. If the complaining continues, the personnel will be put on probation.
-All Air Guard must have grammar and maturity, failure to keep this will result in a warning, 3 warnings before probation.
-Air Guard personnel must listen to all superiors. It doesn't matter if they are only one rank above you, you are required to listen to superiors. If you refuse you will be demoted, officers viewing this, PM me with a report about an individual and proof of their disobedience.
-IMPORTANT: ALL OFFICERS MUST NOT ABUSE THE POWER THEY ARE GIVEN, IF I CATCH ANY OFFICERS ABUSING THEIR POWER, A SEVERE PUNISHMENT WILL BE GIVEN DEPENDING ON THE SEVERITY OF THE ABUSE. ONE AND ONLY ONE WARNING WILL BE GIVEN.
------------------- Wakandan Panther Guard Divisional Specifications-------------------
-If caught insulting a Panther Guard personnel with petty nicknames and the such, the Panther Guard personnel have the ability to open fire with Naval Guns.
-The word of the Black Panther overrides all word from any other Techon, or councilmember.
-------------------- Wakandan Dora Milaje Divisional Specifications --------------------
-Dora Milaje are IMMUNE to murder laws while guarding, the king punishes them accordingly if they happen to break a law outside of this.
-DM will NOT speak out of whisper when on-duty, this is to decrease distractions, and will be allowed to be broken IN EMERGENCIES ONLY.
-If a DM is taken to court over a law, the one to deliver the punishment(Council normally do it) shall be the king, as he is the overall leader of his guard.
-Anyone to insult a DM with a petty nickname or other insults, will be susceptible to a public execution by the commanders of the DM.
-While guarding, Techon and above may pass into the guarding area to speak with the king, as no harm will be done to them.
-Not wearing uniform while guarding or enforcing will result in punishment.
-Abuse of the arrest tool will not be tolerated in any case, and will be severely dealt with.
-Failure to listen to the heads of the DM may be punished as seen fit by the heads of DM.
-DM enforcers may arrest anyone they suspect of having committed a crime, and may interrogate them at will.
-DM may only go off duty if they are relieve by the king or the king is not online.
-DM may only wear hair, no hats of any sort. We are supposed to be the King's guards, not his jesters.
