The inaugural all-star game is fast approaching (will be played after game #9). I thought it was time to just post the rosters now so everyone knows who is on the roster when the all-star game is next up on the schedule. With the season beginning to wind down, these players are what will make the difference in the end for their team's playoff fate. Remember, three make it, but the top team will get a bye and home-field advantage in the championship.
All-star rosters will consist of six players per side, enough to where only half of the field is needed to play. If you are not there for the OC, then you'll most likely miss the game. But just remember, the game is simply for fun. Whether it will become an important game in later seasons when there are conferences/divisions or not, I cannot tell at this point, but for this season, it's to show off the league's top performers.
To make sure we can play the game without many restrictions on availability of players, team captains will pick their teams right before the game begins. I will post game stats after the game with everyone that was on the rosters (stats will not go toward your season total). During the OC, both team captains must be online and at least four ASG players must be ready to go for a 3v3 game to occur. Six non-captains are preferred so we can play 4v4. Captains will have control over who is in the pool and when, but it is required that everyone on their team gets a fair share of play time.
