The only criticism at the moment, is that the flooring looks horrible with the tiles. I don't know why some of the tiles even need to be offsetted.

Although I don't totally agree with zzxwarrior, you shouldn't get so defensive. You did ask for feedback: He gave it in a polite way.
An experienced builder can spot the offset in the tiles. Perhaps reduce it more. |

I toom it personnaly sorry. Because instead of saying something like I don't like the floor you shouls change it you said "It's horrible" It's not really a constructive crtism aswell :/ Sorry for being on defensive |

It's incomplete and I have things to fix I know it already. I would like some feedback on the ambient the design "in general" It's not a showcase I don't want to know if you like every details.
Constructive feedback would be really appreciated.

Add dust particles in the morgue thingy but not near the water. Put some smoke that would behave like steam. And use a more grey-ish fog; keep it dark but slightly more grey.
If I knew a bit more about the backstory of your place, I could probably give some other ideas. |
