Two men, both from entire backgrounds cross and find the wasteland a hard place to be without someone to watch your back. They then become partners to do mercenary work, these two were Cryomancer, and Nomad.

As the two start developing a group, which was named Blacklight PMC, as the group was doing work varying from mercenary work, to smuggling and other work. The group later continued to grow in population and become more known as Nomad would leave for all Cryomancer would know as a 'personal adventure.'

The group continued to strive throughout the wasteland becoming a force that one shouldn't underestimate. They'd soon use their money they obtained through work to make trades and to be sure the group was able to carry on through the wasteland being more prepared then ever. Near the end of the year a strange visit was made by Nomad, and he was back helping Cryomancer make decisions for Blacklight.

As another year passes by, the group continues to thrive through the wasteland and started leaning on the USCPF, hoping one day to help America regain to its Glory, and to rid the wasteland of the mutated survivors who were causing problems to those who weren't.

Blacklight is continuing throughout the wasteland making a close Alliance to Paramilitary Central Command, supporting each other with supplies, and military support.
