Hello, welcome to S.H.I.E.L.D. Training and Education Academy. In this Academy you will go through 5 Phases which will lead up to your graduation, after you have graduated you will be authorized to send a request to the actual SHIELD Agency. Now during your training you will have to know some information. I will put this information in this guide to you can either study it or just simply keep it with you. ALL Instructors use this information at the correct Phase Trainings.
Phase 3:... The First Information you need to know is clearance level information.
SHIELD's ranking system goes by clearance levels, for example "Level 1 Agent"
a level 1 Agent is basically a Trainee. Its not hard to rank up fast in the Agency, a Level 6 Agent+ are for those who are very skilled in Combat. That's all you really need to know about the Ranking System. TO INSTRUCTORS: After they get a little understanding you will take them into a lockdown situation where someone shall play as a Level 7 Agent and needs to lead these lower Agents to safety. And someone needs to play as a Hostile with a Firearm.
Phase 4: Protocols... Now we will now move on to SHIELD Protocols.
There are 5 Protocols that you should be aware of.
Protocol 1: Any Agent in SHIELD must obey all and any orders of their Superior.
Protocol 2: Any orders that are questioned can lead to an immediate Demotion or Exile.
Protocol 3: Any Agent under fire, should call back up immediately and should not handle it him/her self.
Protocol 4: At any time SHIELD is on lockdown, everyone must agree to the following statement: " Everyone will be questioned and interrogated if Protocol 4 is enabled."
Protocol 5: At anytime should a Superior Agent die on the field and you are there, you are to call it in immediately and disperse somewhere safe until back up arrives which in that moment you finish the mission.
