Tonigrad is one of the fairest bases. If you can't win at Tonigrad it's because of your raid leader or lack of skill.
FEAR is the most technologically advanced clan on this game. And they do have good fighters.
JC just proved why they should be considered top 10 by giving SC a good fight and arguably winning the war

In accordance to what I've heard Sleet Clan made base updates which jeopardized the war. JC also wasn't the aggressor in the war, but one every raid that they had the leverage in (aka 14 v 8) they pretty much flawlessed every raid attempt.
