To begin, I'd like to thank you for your interest in the White House Staff and our duties. This is the first step to grasping a better understanding and further comprehending the coruscant era of the White House Staff and this administration. The White House is a cohesive, unified and important department at the cynosure of the Executive Branch. It is the backbone the administration in terms of advice, public relations, press release and liaison with the public.
The White House works to ensure a relationship with the public that reflects conviviality, transparency and equanimity from the administration and its key officials. The White House is headed by the White House Chief of Staff, POTUS_DonaldTrump, with the assistance of myself, the President of the United States and several other key members of the White House Leadership Team. These officials make up the White House Leadership Team and run the day to day operations on various levels within the White House. More information can be found in the ranks section.
Being a part of the White House Staff requires excogitate qualities, we accept the most intelligent, ebullient, and perspicacious applicants. This guide will cover various elements within the White House Staff, including acceptance, ranks, roles, the duties of White House Staffers and various policies within the White House.

[2] THE ROLE OF THE WHITE HOUSE STAFF
The White House Staff and employees within work consistently to bring forward a proficuous relationship with the public that represents the administration to the fullest of our abilities. The White House Staff are remunerative to the White House Chief of Staff and President of the United States on various matters.
It is difficult to define the exact role of the White House Staff as the department carries a superabundant amount of roles in various departments that work in various ways for various people.
A few of our departments and key roles include:
WHITE HOUSE COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT
The White House Communications Department is the forefront of the White House for media and press related queries, the Communications Department is headed by the White House Communications Department Director and works to communicate with the public on a frequent basis about various issues and opinions that they hold.
The White House Communications Department assists key officials with press releases, speeches and various other statements.
WHITE HOUSE PRESS CORPS
The White House Press Corps, although often misunderstood, is a group of journalists and/or correspondents that are assigned to the White House from various media outlets including C-SPAN, CNN and FOX News. The Press Corps hold no power in the White House, their role is to attend various events and to report directly on the White House.
GOVERNMENT ROLES AND OFFICIALS
The White House is filled with various government officials including Directors, Deputy Directors, the Director of National Intelligence and Cabinet members. These roles cannot be applied for through the White House Staff and are from the Executive Branch.
Advisor(s) to the President within the White House Staff work to advise government officials including the White House Chief of Staff and President of the United States.
The role of the White House often fluctuates based on decisions made by the Chief of Staff and/or President of the United States.

[3] RANKS WITHIN THE WHITE HOUSE STAFF
SUSPENDED:
This rank is for those who are suspended for breaking White House rules.
INTERN:
This rank is for the various interns of the White House who work to assist members of the White House Leadership Team and are mentored to become future White House staffers.
PRESS CORPS:
This rank is for various journalists and correspondence who are assigned to report on events within the White House.
COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT:
The White House Communications Department is responsible for various press reports, speech writing and public relations related events. They work to coordinate frequently with the public to further understand their feedback and concerns.
PRESS SECRETARY:
The Press Secretary is responsible for White House Press Briefings and addressing the public on behalf of the White House and administration.
Advisor to the President:
Advisor(s) to the President work to advise the President of the United States on various matters. Advisor(s) to the President also advise the White House Chief of Staff upon request.

[4] REMOVAL FROM THE WHITE HOUSE STAFF
No one other than the President and Vice President are immune to being removed from the White House Staff at any point in time - Cabinet officials and Department Directors are within the White House Staff to communicate with White House Officials, it is not mandatory for any Director or Cabinet Secretary to be a part of the White House Staff and they can (and will) be removed for violating White House policies/protocols.
In most cases, the White House will supply an official warning to violators, repeat offenders will then be suspended and if they continue, they will be exiled.
The White House Staff has complete jurisdiction over members within the group and can remove anyone at any time - no one other than the President and Vice President are immune to being removed.

[5] WHITE HOUSE REPRESENTATION POLICY
THE FOLLOWING POLICY APPLIES FOR THE PRESS SECRETARY, WHITE HOUSE COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT AND PRESS CORPS.
Note that the Press Corps does not need to follow any rules within this policy about how they represent the government. The White House Communications Department and Press Secretary do.
The White House operates under a new stringent representation policy to ensure that all employees are acting in accordance with the law and our expectations - breaking these rules will result in a warning or instant removal from the White House.
White House Staffers on a personal agenda (for example, *key* members of another campaign) will also be removed. ALL members of the White House Staff are expected to align with the President's agenda and work to defend it.

[6] ACCEPTANCE TO THE WHITE HOUSE STAFF
There are multiple ways to enter the White House Staff depending on the role that you are looking for.
INTERN:
The White House has an internship program that involves submitting an application and a short Skype interview (text OR voice chat). White House interns serve for around two weeks and are mentored by members of the White House Leadership Team before moving on to become official staffers or being removed from the White House Staff.
PRESS CORPS:
Members of the Press Corps must be submitted by the relevant Directors/Presidents of media outlets. All submissions should be sent to either POTUS_DonaldTrump or George_Alexander.
COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT:
Applications, interviews and a short essay test are often required to join the Communications Department. We often announce when we're seeking new members for the WHCD.
GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS:
Government officials (Deputy Directors, Directors, Deputy Cabinet Secretaries, Cabinet Secretaries, Senior Advisors) should send a message to either POTUS_DonaldTrump or George_Alexander - in most cases, government officials are accepted immediately unless they're blacklisted from the White House Staff.
In the rare event that we're seeking people for other roles, we'll specify acceptance methods.

[7] THE WHITE HOUSE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
The White House runs a comprehensive, exciting and unique internship program that allows entry-level to the White House Staff.
White House Interns are selected monthly (three internship rounds run each term). White House Interns are responsible for working with members of the White House Leadership Team on various things including writing, providing advice, updating White House Trello boards, representing officials within the public and coordinating with the White House on various matters.
White House Interns are mentored by key members of the White House Staff on a ratio of about 1:3 which allows for around 12 interns per round, creating a grand total of 36 interns per term.
Interns that are successful and dedicated throughout their internship will be offered a permanent role within the White House for the remainder of the term.
