Rules for LR,MR,HR's Low Ranks range from Trainee-Senior Server Rules: Follow ALL upper ranks order,unless they order the user to follow a negative order Respect every customer,and let them know if they had SafeChat politely. Middle Ranks are the Supervising Team and the Management Team Rules: You may command the low ranks,however;do NOT order them to do inappropriate commands. Do not abuse the Moderators power Obey the commands of the HR's unless the order is not beneficial for both users. You must supervise the restaurant unless necessary. If a user needs a MR,help that user as good as you can. MT can host interviews with an HR's permission. High Ranks: These ranks range from BoD-Chairman Rules: You must ask respectful to everyone,including the rude. Certain admin commands must be verified before use. (kick,ban,admin,mod) You may host interviews whenever you have time. Monitor the suspicious users. II. Dealing with trollers/scammers Trollers are users that mess around with other users for fun,and have no purpose for doing that. IF you see a troller and is attempting to troll you,follow these steps: 1.Remain calm 2.Politely ask if the troller can stop (Continue the next steps if the troller refuses) 3.Begin giving them warnings 4.Once the troller reaches 3 warnings,kick the troller. (If moderator,ask for an Admin) (Continue if troller comes back) 5.If troller still continues,ask if you can ban the troller for good. (:pban User) Scammers are users that say anything that wants you to give them your account info. If you encounter a scammer on the restaurant,follow these steps: 1.Ask the scammer to stop (Continue if scammer refuses) 2.Begin warnings (3) 3.Once user reaches 3 warnings,kick user. (If Moderator,ask an Admin) (Read on if scammer returns) 4.Ban the scammer permanently. (Ask an admin) III.Loyalty Being active is vital on this group. This is what we call "loyalty". Getting high loyalty and working really hard can receive promotions. Depending on how active you are,you can get small to major promotions. Being inactive 1-2 days is okay,but being inactive 3 days+ with no excuse will lead to demotions or suspensions. IV.Demotions This is what happens when you disobey the upper ranks,depending on how you act after the demotion will let us know if you care about your job at Oasis Café. Here are 7 ways of getting demoted,an keep in mind,getting demoted is easy. 1.Inactivity 2.Rude behavior 3.Disrespecting an HR 4.Trolling other peers 5.Spamming 6.Treating customers as trash 7.Cussing
