Hello, if you are reading this, you are most likely an [MR]/[HR] rank. Only Supervisors + are allowed to host interviews, but all MR/HR ranks may interview hotel guest.
Shout format: [INTERVIEWS] at xx:xx (pm/am) EST at the Interview Center! S-lock at start time! Hosted by: (Your name)
Before the interview, have all hotel guest be seated. Once the start time, slock the server, kick all [SR] ranks, and guest who are not in the group.
After, tells each hotel guest to say SW4U, if the hotel guest can't say that, it means they have safechat, and will be kicked.
Change the shout to: [INTERVIEWS] S-locked.
Have everyone seated, and all interviewers (can be any MR/HR rank) go onto the stage to introduce themselves, and wish hotel guest good luck. This should take no longer then 5 minutes. The host will tell them to use grammar, be thoughtful, and wish them good luck.
The interviews begin, each interviewer will take 1 player at random, and bring them into any interview room. Multiple interviews should go on at a time.
Interviewer says: Do you have any questions before we begin?
Then tells the hotel guest, they have 40 seconds per question, and use perfect grammar.
Interview then ask these questions:
1: How did you find the Vella Resort and Spa?
2: Why would you like to work for the Vella?
3: Why should we hire you over anyone else?
4: How could you contribute to the Vella?
5: Would you want to work your way up to the top at the Vella?
6: What mind set would you have when going into the Vella to work?
7: How active do you plan to be at the Vella?
8: Do you have any additional comments you would like to share?
If the hotel guest used grammar and only made a few mistakes or less, with thoughtful answers, tell them they passed, then rank them immediately. Then kick them. If they did not pass, tell them what they did wrong, and to try again, then kick them.
After everyone has finished, the only people left should be MR/HR ranks.
Host changes the shout to: [INTERVIEWS] Good job to everyone who passed!

Also do note you must do :bring me, and :bring player, to get them across the door into the hallway to get to the interviewing rooms.
Do not remove the wall between the lobby and offices. |

I applied for the job and I still am a hotel guest. When is the next interview session the people who did the interviews were very bad. |

I found the Vella Resort and spa by a friend. i would like to work for Vella because its one of my top games. I think you should hire me because of how helpful i am to people and kind. I would give alot of things to help out company. I would always try my hardest at Vella. When i go to #### i am ready to play a great game. I plan to be at vella almost every time i get on because how fun the game is. my additional comment is: i would love to work at Vella please. |
