I come here today to preach- to preach of a new beginning, to preach of a rebirth, to preach of a fresh start.
But first, we must reflect.
Before we can start change, we must reflect on our mistakes so they do not repeat and weigh us down.
First, we must reflect on the fact that we neglected Ghost's Cobras to the brink of extinction. For that, I blame myself- I neglected the clan as a whole, and said pattern trickled down.
We must also reflect on the fact that not every member has put Ghost's Cobras first.
We must also reflect on the fact that change is happening almost too late.
But the past is the past- and we must move on to the future.
We must entertain what the future holds for us.
And the future is bright for us all- I envision a plethora of prosperity surrounding us.
But how do we get there?
We must begin with radical change. I plan to bring in High Ranks/HCOM to support the growth of our plan.
I then plan to begin development as soon as possible, with or without our Head of Development to create a backbone of reliability for GC.
And finally, I plan to implement aggressive recruitment tactics in order to increase activity in the clan.
This is a journey for us to undergo, not just I- so I must ask everyone to contribute as well.
I must ask for people who are willing to put in the effort to join the team and apply for HR (a simple PM alerting me your interest in a high rank/HCOM position will suffice to begin the process).
I must ask for people who are willing to put in the effort to help develop group places.
And I must ask for people to join the cause- the cause to make something greater than it once was; the cause to make something, which once was great, great once more.
Directed to the forumdwellers- Ghost's Cobras cannot do this alone. We need your help developing-wise and high rank/HCOM-wise.
