I suggest ROBLOX should allow groups to PM a specific rank, or the whole group about something important.
To avoid this being spammed, It can only be used 1-2 times per 24 hrs.
This will allow better communication with players, Potentially having a "group" tab in their inbox to kinda compensate the privacy functions of the user.

I approve this.Group shouts is so that everyone see a message, but what if you don't want everyone to see the message? |

Yes but group shout out, is visible to EVERYONE. Say you wanted a specfic rank to see this. And it appears in inbox. Bit more convenient than the current ROBLOX feed. Plus users can opt out of group messages...

It would be very annoying to have to individually message each person I want to tell something, or host a meeting and try to filter out the wrong ranks and lock the server. |

Maybe not a PM system as that ruins the point of PM but maybe a tag/mention system like on Twitter etc.

I used the term PM incorrectly I agree.
A better way to explain is to send a notification to the player within the inbox tabs. |

And in addition to what filge has said
It would be a better way to tell *specific* people events, msgs and etc.
This might slightly reduce the need to use 3rd party program such as ROBLOX+ (A google plugin)

I agree, this would be immensely used, as most groups that have large numbers like to "train" a certain rank at a certain time. so "notifying" all people under that certain rank about something specific, that no one else can see, would be hugely appreciated by the roblox community and groups.

ROBLOX isn't the final authority on what is and isn't a safe program. It's an extremely organized platform with excellent server administration abilities and has all the features OP wants. You just need to recreate your rank scheme, then, want to PM a specific rank?

It also allows things like rank based voice chat and file sharing. Oh, and there's no censor, so you won't lose entire messages because an innocent word tripped up the trash that is Community Sift. I use it myself and it is infinitely better than ROBLOX's chats, and it will forever be superior to ROBLOX's chats. Even if this feature is implemented, it still won't come close to matching the usefulness of Discord. |
