From the perspective of someone who has never been in VAK, it seems really strict with every member needing to brown-nose their way to be promoted. While being very skilled/elite orientated it also looks like you need to take this game REALLY seriously.

overall chill, but 'on-duty' you either say nothing and do as you're told or if you speak, you have to speak with grammar and use correct sentence structure etc etc etc.
tbh its too much work and most people join it for the ego of being 'vaktovian' and they say you don't serve the empire for its rank

VAK is the bestest, most elite clan on the whole of roblox. Everyone who doesn't like it probably has a grudge against the hicom because they're bad. VAK has never lost and is super duper active and has zero corruption. ODing and being dumb on the forums are banned and people follow these rules religiously.

it isn't that strict if you're chill and just follow simple directions
game nights are fun. (and no, they arent silent. we have fun, but keep it to a minimum if we are in uniform) trainings are organized and fun
