What if there was a place where you can put items in a inventory type place, for people all over the website to get? (A public inventory). I've seen this on another MMO that is free, and It was called the community chest. I thought it was kind of a good idea. Let me know what you think.

Let's say you wanted to give away your Sparkle Time away for free (For some reason). You can out that in the "inventory", and some guy with 150K RAP can grab it.
