Limiting the High Rank
1. Alot of people Abuse Their admin, And Abuse, But they could not be stopped because they are High ranks.
2. High ranks, Should be limited to 10-12 people
3. The high rank Text should be harder, At least for the first couple HR Ranks.
Tools
1. Frisk Tool should not be allowed to Arrest/Grab Cops.
2. Insted of using the frisk tool, The should use a arrest vote system Ex. 5 votes needed to Arrest Username.
3. Game Pases Guns, Should be removed from the DPD Team on spawn. Reason: Low ranks use Illegal guns on DPD.
4. Visting the Gun dealer Store, Should result you in a kill/Arrest When try to buy something if on DPD.
DPD Driver License
1.Driver Instructor's pass drivers even if done bad sometimes.
2.Driver's are not taught how to use sirens/Light and Construction lights of the DPD Cars. Ex. 2X =Responding 4x=Pullover. ETC
EMT
1. After a person is shot, They Should start bleeding, Or loosing health slowly. So it Could be More realistic, And add a EMT Group.
2. EMT'S May not carry a gun on duty what so ever.
Guns
1. Gun's Extremely Unaccurate. (Should be more accurate)
2. You should not be able to hit somebody Unless standing still.
3. Should add Guns motions, Such as Crouch. Motion's Like this will be more likely used for cover than used for gun fighting.
4. People claim the Glock 17 to be legal, There should be a firearm training for Firearm licence. Any fire arm is suppose to be Illegal else
Whys.
High Ranks, Admins
1. High ranks should not be able to promote somebody they know just because he's their friend, Stuff like this can cause UNexpirencd Officers
2. High ranks should not be able to abuse admin and if done should be punished. EX. 3 warnings 4th warning = Suspension 5th = Demote.
Tow Trucking Services
1. Cars should not be able to Despawn after a player has left it, They should be left on the same place, And the cops would be able
to communicate with the tow trucking services.
2. Tow trucking services should be taught how to use the truck, And taught how to use signals and other stuff such as lights.
Cars
1. Should be damaged when collided onto another car and the parts despawned after they are broken.
Phone System
1. A Call 911 phone should be added so incase people are being harmed they could call.
And list location and the reason.
Abuse
1. Officers should be taught not to abuse and learn the way things are suppose to work.
2. If a officer abuses his weapon they must be suspended and given a warent.

!support you forgot to mention trainings and how a select few get chosen. Only 6 people out of 40 people get chosen I think we need a program for cadets or raise the people that get chosen. |

Yeah. If cadets are new, and only 6 people get chosen, its hard for some to get promoted to officer to even patrol because they're just a cadet and don't know as much.

!support. The only reason LRs buy guns from the gun dealer is because we are not armed and we can't do a full job without a handgun. I believe That maybe at officer they should not be armed but at investigator or corporal we should be armed with a Glock. Not having a gun makes it harder on us due to everyone in the city having a gun and theres always shootings but we can't do anything because we are not armed. |

Yes they should be bleeding when shot, also slow down a bit and move slowly while losing blood/health.
Cars should be able to be damaged also have dents from gun fire and can be repaired from a nearby car shop.
Phone system should be added for emergencies in reality and also could add in a texting system and talk privately with friends. |

He could add a phone that you can text and call for sure, But the dents in the car are impossible and require the cars to be rebuilt in another way. |

He DID have a phone system earlier this year. I was a High Rank until the 28th of February this year, and I remember that we had phones. The city is WAY different, but the police department is better, to be honest.

I do believe the tazer, and phone will be added back in soon. I can't remember why it was taken out though. |

No support lowering HRs means less trainings and less trainings means less HRs to patrol. |

That's not true, Sense Half of HR'S Never host already, They can keep the active ones. Specifically HR Superintendent's. And, There will be still a lot of HR'S I'm not saying limit all the HR'S To 10 -12, I'm saying each HR Rank should be changed into that limit. |
