Madison Creed, a biologist working for NATO is ordered to create biological weapons for NATO in 2019. As the war begins between NATO and the AMCF, Madison Creed dies in Rockport when the second nuke hit. Scavenger and Oxford scientist Jason Leeroy finds her research in her purple covered notebook in the rubble of an office building. He takes the notebook home and studies it. Attempting to recreate her research, he is arrested by the USCPF in 2034 for harboring biological weapon formulas. Madison Creed's research is in the USCPF's hands for about 93 years until Fort Shad and Fort Wilmington exchange artillery fire. In the chaos, a man named Thomas Reach recovers Madison's dangerous research, he keeps it for safekeeping, using the book to teach his son Jacob Reach biological sciences. In 2116 Thomas Reach dies from a stroke, leaving the 23 year old Jacob Reach alone and with the research. Determined to not let Creed's research go in vain, he founded the Chimera Institute with the little money he had left. The Chimera Institute knows how dangerous it's items can be, so it will only sell to high end governments or PMCs.
