Well sometimes guest can annoy players and not be reported, and that can destroy stuff in games and not be reported, and other reasons. Or at least make it so there can be no guest and only logged in accounts. |

It wouldn't be useful because guests can be controlled by different people. Plus, reports are 98% of the time not read by admins.
