I had a really bad fever over the past few days. But i'm back.

I passed out twice yesterday from exhaustion and I was still here, what a lame excuse! |

You should seek medical attention if you pass out from exhaustion, or well - sleep. |

I hadnt slept for a very long time prior to that occurring, Its wasnt a medical problem |

Insomnia is still a serious condition. |

I have ways that i deal with it, if its really bad I use Benadryl or Nyquil and stuff of the such. Normally I try to stay away from pills tho, drink tea and make sure my room is cold.. stuff like that. |

have you tried taking a really hot shower
like so hot that u die
like scalding hot
really really hot
thats what i do. just in general thuogh . i just take realy hot showers and it hurts
and then i make them really cold and then i cry
and make it hot again
then back you knwo what just forget about everything i just siad |
