It appears that Roblox moderation was on my side, sort of.
The termination was reduced to three days, which was the length of time Hacted got for making the group.
I will be informing my dad and we won't be suing anymore.

Just that it didn't contain any overtly offensive message or profanity and that while it wasn't entirely appropriate it certainly didn't warrant banning an account I have used for 4 years.
I also used Hacted as a scapegoat slightly.
