I semi-support. I think instead of IP Ban it should be just a soft ban of 1-3 days depending how many threads you made about it- it begins with a warning, and if you continue to post about it you will be banned from 1-3 days, as I mentioned before. If this continues, I think the account should be terminated, or the IP banned.
